Refund and Return Policy
At RegalStone Capital LLC, we strive to provide the highest quality industrial training and consultancy services. Since our primary offerings are digital products and professional services, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our students and our instructors.
1. Digital Course Access
- Students are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that they have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
- Once a digital certificate has been issued or the course is completed, no refunds will be granted.
2. Consultancy Services
- For 1-on-1 consultancy sessions or factory setup planning, a refund can be requested up to 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- If a session is cancelled by the instructor, a full refund or a rescheduled slot will be offered immediately.
3. Refund Process
- To request a refund, please email us at admin@regalstonecapital.store with your transaction details and reason for the request.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (e.g., Bank Transfer or Wise) within 5-10 business days.
4. Special Cases
- In cases of technical errors or duplicate payments, we will investigate and issue a correction or refund promptly.
- For transactions involving international transfers, any applicable bank intermediary fees may be deducted from the final refund amount.
