- Course materials, including videos, PDFs, and 1-on-1 sessions, are for educational purposes only and do not constitute legal or financial advice for factory operations.
3. Payments and Fees
- All fees for courses (e.g., $771.40 for advanced modules) must be paid in full before access is granted.
- Payments are processed through secure international channels (such as Wise or Bank Transfer).
- Any intermediary bank fees or currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the student/client.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content, including course structure, technical drawings, and proprietary manufacturing modules, is the property of RegalStone Capital LLC.
- Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of our training materials is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
- While we ensure our training meets high industry standards (e.g., HACCP compliance), RegalStone Capital LLC is not liable for any operational losses or equipment failures in a student’s independent manufacturing facility.
6. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, where the company is legally registered, while operational disputes may be handled at our trading location in Pakistan.
